private training

Our 30 – 45 minute personal training sessions are designed to help individuals achieve their utmost potential. Our programs utilize a variety of traditional and functional methods to develop both strength and coordination, increase fat loss, decrease your risk for injury and enhance your performance. Our goal is to maximize your workouts and keep you moving one step closer to your goal, every workout. Our workouts are dynamic, educational, safe, and most importantly productive. We successfully design programs for people of all body types and abilities, making them fun, efficient, challenging and capable of producing the results they expect and deserve!

What makes our programs so effective is that your program is completely customized to you, and your unique body type. We focus on your specific problem areas and fitness goals. And since the program is customized to your exact needs you don't waste time doing things that won't work for you. We offer private and semi-private (2 participants) personal fitness training and small group personal training in our studio.

Every client begins with a complimentary initial consultation where we will discuss your goals, answer all of your questions and gather the information necessary to create your personal fitness program. All personal training programs include body measurements, body fat testing, nutritional assessment, before and after pictures and goal setting as part of your first session. For the term of your personal training, you have access to all group fitness classes at no additional cost!

Private training rates start at $30* per session and semi-private rates start at $25* per session, per person.

There really is strength in numbers and our Group Personal Training proves it! In a group of 2 - 10 people and a certified personal trainer, you'll experience working out like never before following a systematic program designed to get results in a private group setting.

In Group Personal Training, like-minded people begin together, work together and finish together in pursuit of a common purpose and to achieve individual goals. Great results cannot be achieved with short cuts or gimmicks. Our program combines strength training and cardio for the complete fitness solution.

Benefits of Group Personal Training:

  • Up to ten people share a training session with a personal trainer, which reduces the cost of personal training by up to 40% over traditional private training.
  • Our circuit training format is a great way to get strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, core training, calorie burning and flexibility improvement all in one session.
  • Very, very effective for weight loss, muscle toning and overall improvement in health.
  • No long-term contracts, initiation fees or large up front costs.
  • Suitable for beginners, intermediates, advanced fitness levels and ALL ages.

Whatever your goals, Boot Camp will jump start your fitness progress with a 6 to 8 week program that energizes and encourages, that lifts you up and doesn't knock you down. We will work with you, every step of the way, to help you achieve your goals and reach a whole new level of health. While we're getting you into the best shape of your life, we'll also coach you on nutrition and help you break down the mental barriers that may be keeping you from your potential.

Bridal Boot Camps

Our Bridal Boot Camp is dedicated to helping you and your bridal party achieve personal fitness goals. We will challenge and inspire you to tone and trim bodies for the big day.
