Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they're getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There's no other fitness class like a Zumba® Fitness-Party. It's easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.

STRONG By Zumba®

Moving in sync with music makes you work harder. This class will push you past your plateaus to help you reach your fitness goals faster. Using your own body weight, you will gain muscular endurance, tone, and definition, and you will experience an increased afterburn.

Transform™

TRANSFORM unites yoga and sport in a refreshing and unique journey. Engage your mind and BODY using sun salutations, plyometric hops and lunges, balance and strength poses, twisting and lengthening positions, and more. Get ready for a mind/ body experience unlike any you’ve seen before. It’s time to create a new path in your fitness journey. It’s time to TRANSFORM YOURSELF!

R.I.P.

RIP is a 60-minute barbell program for able-bodied men and women of all ages and all fitness levels. Matching movement to music and using traditional strength training allows participants to work at their own level.

R.I.P.P.E.D.™

The One Stop Body Shock™ is a "Plateau Proof Fitness Formula" that helps you to create continuity, consistency and challenge in each and every R.I.P.P.E.D.™class. It is Plateau Proof, because each component of the workout provides a uniquely different emphasis or system response, so your body never gets accustomed to the constantly changing format. Thus, regular R.I.P.P.E.D.™ participants achieve undeniable, ultimate results in minimal time, boasting 750-1000 calories burned in just 50 minutes.
