Zumba®

Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they're getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There's no other fitness class like a Zumba® Fitness-Party. It's easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.

STRONG By Zumba®

Moving in sync with music makes you work harder. This class will push you past your plateaus to help you reach your fitness goals faster. Using your own body weight, you will gain muscular endurance, tone, and definition, and you will experience an increased afterburn.

Pure Lift

PURE LIFT is a 30-minute weight lifting class that focuses on optimizing strength, weight loss, lean muscle gain. This class will emphasize lifting techniques for improved strength.

R.I.P.

RIP is a 60-minute barbell program for able-bodied men and women of all ages and all fitness levels. Matching movement to music and using traditional strength training allows participants to work at their own level.

R.I.P.P.E.D.™

The One Stop Body Shock™ is a "Plateau Proof Fitness Formula" that helps you to create continuity, consistency and challenge in each and every R.I.P.P.E.D.™class. It is Plateau Proof, because each component of the workout provides a uniquely different emphasis or system response, so your body never gets accustomed to the constantly changing format. Thus, regular R.I.P.P.E.D.™ participants achieve undeniable, ultimate results in minimal time, boasting 750-1000 calories burned in just 50 minutes.

Gentle Yoga

A calming, stress-relieving 30-minute yoga class to stretch and strengthen the body gradually. Emphasis is on building awareness of the breath and the body. This class focuses on hatha style yoga (connecting breath to movement) and builds heat, strength and flexibility.

GUT, Butt & Legs

BLAST your biggest problem areas! Have you always wanted a flatter stomach? A firmer butt? Toned legs? This 30 minute workout will do the trick.

Zumba® Kids

Zumba® Kids classes feature kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba® choreography. We break down the steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure. Helps develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children's lives by making fitness fun.
